Beef Short Rib Soup
Ingredients

2-3 pounds of short ribs
-
1 pound Korean radish
-
Some 2" long green onions & 5 plump garlic cloves
-
Some LGM Chili Sauce with any flavor you prefer.

Some Soy sauce, salt, pepper, garlic, & sugar
-
Boil a large pot of water, drop the ribs in for few minutes.
-
Rinse and clean ribs & the pot.

Prepare a new clean pot with 5-6 cups water, add in short ribs, radish, onion, garlic and ginger, 1 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1/4 tablespoon salt, some sugar, & some LGM chili sauce.

Bring it to a boil for 30 minutes over high heat.

Reduce the heat to medium low, remove all the vegetables except radish, add 1 cup hot water, continue to boil until the meat is tender.

Add some more salt, pepper, garlic, sugar, green onions, and LGM chili sauce depends on your own taste.

Keep low heat for another hour or hour and half, then it's ready to serve.

LGM Fried Rice
Ingredients

One bowl of cold ready to eat Rice
-
Two Eggs scrambled & set aside
-
1/2 White Onion cut into slices
-
Some garlic, Oliver Oil, Salt, and 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce

1 tablespoon LGM Spicy Chili Crisp Sauce
Instruction

Add Olive Oil, Garlic, and Onion to a wok, stir fry till all color turns brown.

Add two eggs in the cold rice and mix evenly, add to the wok, and stir fry evenly for few minutes

Add LGM Sauce, Salt, Soy Sauce into the wak.

Stir fry till everything is nice and evenly heated.

An easy and delicious Fried Rice is ready to serve.

1/4 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 large white onion, 1 bottle of beer

2-3 pounds of Craw-fish
-
Some LGM Chili Sauce with any flavor you prefer.

Some Soy sauce, salt, pepper, garlic, green onions, and sugar
Instruction

Bring a large pot filled half way with water to a boil. Add craw-fish, oil, onion and 2 tablespoons beer to boil 20 to 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, clean craw-fish, rinse until water runs clean.

Prepare a new clean pot with 5 - 6 cups of water, add in craw-fish, garlic, ginger, 1-2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1/3 tablespoons of salt, some sugar, some LGM chili sauce, 1/4 tablespoon beer.

Bring it to a boil with high heat, keep boiling for few more minutes.

Add some more salt, pepper, garlic, sugar, and LGM chili sauce depends on your own taste, then it's ready to serve.
